Dr. Carter explains to Healthline that while the sport鈥檚 accessibility is a positive, there鈥檚 a danger in overdoing the activity, leading to injuries like stress fractures. 鈥淚鈥檝e had many patients come in recently who鈥檝e said, 鈥業鈥檓 having knee pain.
