, an assistant professor in 抖阴短视频鈥檚 , and a gynecologist聽at the , spoke with Business Insider to lay the question to rest. 鈥淭he most effective method of contraception is the one that doesn鈥檛 rely on you,鈥 Dr. Shirazian says.聽
She explains the difference between two forms of contraception: the birth control pill and the intrauterine device (IUD).聽The pill, says Dr. Shirazian, is only as effective as its user remembering to take it daily. By contrast, 鈥測ou don鈥檛 have to remember to take [the IUD]鈥t鈥檚 the most effective.鈥 聽
